Choose a service from the catalogue, share the address and the problem (with photos where useful), pick a date and a time slot, then review the server-calculated quote.
The quote includes the catalogue base amount, materials if already known, GST, platform fee, coupon discount and any wallet amount you choose to apply. The payable figure on checkout is the amount sent to the payment gateway.
A professional is assigned after payment is captured. When the job is finished, you confirm with a one-time password. An invoice is issued from the booking snapshot — not from a number typed in the browser.
