We collect account data (name, email, optional phone), booking addresses, issue photos you upload, payment references from the gateway (not your full card number), and support messages. KYC files for partners are stored on a private disk and are not served as public links.
We use this information to run bookings, payments, invoices, support and legal compliance (including GST invoicing once GSTIN is configured). We do not sell personal data as a product.
You may request access or correction via support tickets or siddheshpatil9900+hometech@gmail.com. Some records are retained because tax and dispute rules require it.
